The aim of the course is to describe the wide estates portfolio, the responsibilities associated with it, how to achieve assurance and to develop an action plan to improve safety, resilience and accountability.

Aims & objectives

The course will not be technical, but it will cover a wide range of subjects of which the delegate should be aware in fulfilling their role and ensuring the resilience of their services and the safety of their Staff, Patients and Visitors.
