Created for learners
The Hub
The Hub is at the heart of our training centre with breakfast and a hot lunch served Monday-Thursday and a packed lunch provided on Fridays. Lunch is provided with all course bookings. Breakfast is available as part of an accommodation booking or can be purchased on the day
We are able to cater for any special dietary requirements that you may have. If you do have any requirements, please let us know before attending your course, preferably at the time of booking or via your customer portal.
Lunch consists of:
- A hot meal option changed daily
- Vegetarian option
- Freshly grilled panini of the day
- Jacket potato with a selection of fillings
- Freshly cut sandwiches
- Salad bar
- Dessert station
Stay on site during your course
Stay a few hundred yards away from your training course at the stunning 19th century, Eastwood Park Country House. With dinner, bed and breakfast included, choose your room and package to suit you including pre-night accommodation.

Before you arrive
Before you arrive, it is crucial that you log into your customer portal and add or update your personal details. Your certificate cannot be produced until this information is added. Details of how to access your customer portal can be found in your registration confirmation email.

When you arrive
Please report to reception at the Training Centre on the first morning of your course. Registration is open between 8:15 – 9:00am.
There may be additional instructions including pre-reading, equipment or clothing that are required for your course. These will be sent by email in your registration confirmation alongside your event instructions.

During your course
Breakfast and lunch is served in The Hub at the Training Centre. Breakfast is served between 7:30am – 8:30am and your lunch time will be advised by your trainer at the start of your course.
Most courses tend to finish between 4pm and 5pm in the afternoon. Your course trainer will discuss times with you and may alter timings to suit the course and the class as a whole. If your course includes evening sessions or self-study, your trainer will explain this on your first day.
