We are delighted to announce two new dates for this year’s Introduction to healthcare engineering, estates and facilities course also known as ‘Summer School’.
This 5 day residential, City & Guilds Assured course offers a broad overview of the healthcare estates industry focussing on a full range of portfolios. From medical gas and lift safety to decontamination and medical equipment.

Alongside the training, we also provide a range of social activities so like-minded people new to the industry can experience their first steps together.
From clay pigeon shooting to a fun and vibrant quiz all taking place in our 200 acres of South Gloucestershire countryside, learners can make the most of our surrounding estate whilst staying on site in a stunning 19th century country house.

Yes, accommodation is included. Learners will stay on site with Eastwood Park Country House.
