Pauline Oliver

Pauline is the financial Director here at Eastwood Park, alongside being an owner of the business, sitting on the strategic leadership team and on the board of directors. Pauline is a qualified accountant and started her career as an account’s assistant in 1989 for ICL Services. However, her talent and quick business acumen meant that she quickly rose up the ranks, and fast became the management accountant for the business until 2003!

This dedication and business knowledge meant that Pauline grew with the business as it went through various acquisitions, and was a leader in ensuring these changes only enhanced the business. It was this knowledge that led to Pauline being one third of the management buyout which saw the foundations of Eastwood Park as we know it today secured. Pauline has successfully helped lead Eastwood Park Ltd in its growth, and alongside that the expansion of the finance team that oversee the whole financial operation of the business.
