Linsey joined Eastwood Park in 2021 as Chief Operating Officer. Linsey’s role is to oversee the operational functionality of the entire business and work with managers to maximise efficiencies and improve the cohesiveness of the two sides of the business whilst allowing both to have some form of operational and financial independence.

Before Eastwood Park
Linsey began her career by studying an apprenticeship in Business and Finance. She continued her studies to Masters level, where she gained two Masters Degrees; one in the Management of Human Resources and the other in Leading Business. Linsey is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
A wealth of knowledge
Linsey spent 25 years working for an engineering training provider, joining as an apprentice and rising through the ranks to CEO. Throughout her time at the company, Linsey acquired a vast amount of knowledge surrounding general engineering and education and apprenticeships (both vocational and academic). During her 11 years as CEO, she successfully developed an understanding of running a business and operating at a strategic level.
At the heart of business growth
Given her extensive knowledge and experience, Linsey was a director of a national training provider membership network for 7 years, carrying out the role of vice chair for 2 years.
Linsey took the business from a £750k turnover to £3.5m in 5 years, in addition to growing the average apprentice numbers from 50 per year to 120 per year. She introduced Higher Level academic programmes, which now see nearly 80 candidates per year enrol.
