Carly Bennett

As our Head of HR, Carly has been a valued member of our Strategic Leadership Team since joining us in 2019.

As a qualified CIPD professional and with a Masters in Human Resource Management, Carly has had a varied career and worked in a number of different sectors. Carly started her career recruiting Doctors and Consultants within the NHS and later moved to hospitality, accountancy, business outsourcing and charities.

Carly is responsible for the full employee lifecycle, providing a range of both operational and strategic interventions across the business.
