How to access your course on the day

Your Microsoft Teams meeting link will be made available before your course date and you will receive a Teams meeting invitation by email.  When you receive this, please accept the invite so that this goes into your calendar to save you searching for it on the day.

Please log in just before 9am.  You may be on hold in the lobby for a few minutes until your trainer is ready to start the training.

What you need to know

You will receive your course notes folder by courier one week before your course to the address provided by the person booking your course place.

If you didn’t book your place yourself, please contact the booker to make sure they pass on the package to you. If you have not received them a week before the course please contact us so we have time to help locate or resend the notes.
The course assessment will be via Eastwood Park’s online assessment portal hosted by Synap.

You will receive an invitation to the course assessment via email ahead of the training but you will not be able to access the assessment until the start time.

The portal works on the majority of web browsers, however for the best user experience we recommend using Google Chrome. Please ensure that you access our assessment portal login page, by clicking the link above, as soon as possible in order to allow your IT support team enough time to give you access should your access be blocked by your organisation.
We very much hope you enjoy the session. Following your course, we will send a link for you to complete your feedback on your training and we look forward to hearing about your experience with us.
