Using principles from HTM-00 and CAP 795, delegates will learn how to develop Safety Management Systems and Safety Cases that manage risk to ALARP within a financially constrained NHS.

Day one covers NHS finance, business cases and project processes within the legislative framework. Day two explores Modern Methods of Construction, the Construction Playbook, Net Zero, and provides practical insight into contracts and dispute resolution.
