We’ve recently welcomed Mark Fordham to the team as our new Portfolio Manager for Medical Equipment. As a seasoned dual professional incorporated engineer and educator. Mark brings modern teaching techniques and a wealth of technical and teaching expertise to lead and manage Eastwood Park’s medical equipment portfolio.
We’re extremely pleased to have Mark onboard and can’t wait to follow his journey within Eastwood Park.
We spoke to Mark to hear a little more from him, his new role, experiences, and what it’s been like to be back at Eastwood Park…
What’s your new role?
My new role is to lead and develop Eastwood Park’s medical equipment portfolio and oversee the delivery of the new training facility.
What’s been your biggest achievement?
There have been many achievements in my life, from my time in the military to the present day, but the biggest achievement is surviving open heart surgery at the relatively young age of 43. This made me reflect on life that you have to be grateful for every opportunity that comes your way.
What made you return to Eastwood Park?
This is an exciting time here at Eastwood Park, where the new training building becomes the central catalyst for opportunity to grow and expand the portfolio. I couldn’t resist the opportunity to work with Eastwood Park in designing, developing and delivering what will be a fantastic training experience for our delegates.
What’s your favourite thing about Eastwood Park?
The location and the everyday challenges of working in a busy and vibrant training environment. But my real favourite is the people, delegates, industry professionals and of course my colleagues here at Eastwood Park.
Tell us something we may not know about you…
You may not know that I am a Rugby Union Coach/Referee and seasoned Bath Supporter!!
