This summer we are pleased to add two new boiler courses to our growing mechanical portfolio, following on from the introduction of BOAS training at Eastwood Park earlier this year.
Courses will be delivered in partnership with boiler experts Cochran UK, continuing our work together to deliver boiler operation and management training, enabling our customers to operate plant more efficiently and safely and demonstrate competence to customers and regulatory bodies.
Technical boilerhouse risk assessment (29 August) is a one-day course designed for learners to develop a logical approach to conducting a technical boiler house risk assessment, enabling you to assess all the key components of the boiler house system.
BG01 highlights the legal requirement to carry out a technical boiler house risk assessment under the Management of Health & Safety at Work regulations, so this course will provide the knowledge to be able to identify potential boiler house risks and areas for improvement.
Design of steam condensate systems (23-26 September) is a four-day course for learners who are currently (or intend to be) designing or consulting on steam boilers and steam plant, most appropriate for project engineers or site managers who are responsible for upgrading or adding to the steam and condensate system.
This course will give learners the knowledge to be able to conduct a complete overview of these systems and involves a project approach to utilising skills learnt, providing best practice in boilers, steam and condensate systems, and all the factors to be considered in their design.
This a great chance to hear from an industry experts on best practice and legislative requirements for steam and hot water boilers. To book places for you and your team, call us on +44 (0)1454 252777 or email us.
