Adrian has recently left the NHS to set up EggletonEngineeringPlus; where he will be utilising his incident planning and response experience to produce bespoke training at Eastwood Park Training in areas such as EPRR and Estates & Facilities, Board FM accountability and the application of HTM00 to the management of FM Systems where no HTM exists; such as: Structures (RAAC) and Soft FM. The Structures will draw heavily on the principles of the Safety Case, familiar to those who have operated risks within the ALARP (as low as reasonably practicable) Framework in the Nuclear Industry and the Military.
