Adrian Eggleton is the latest addition to our team of expert trainers. Adrian is a Chartered Architect and Engineer/Social Scientist with 30 years experience in the field of Healthcare Facilities: Research; Design; Programme Management; Analytics; Incident Response; and Operation, having worked in Universities, NHS Trusts and NHS England.
Most recently at NHS England he was the Operational Lead for NHS Estates and Facilities with overall responsibility for Catering, Cleaning, Maintenance, Engineering, Engagement, Data, Digitalisation; and significantly Incident Response: so, leading the NHS Estates response to EU Exit; Covid-19 and Reinforced Aerated Autoclaved Concrete (RAAC). In respect of RAAC Adrian, as cross-government adviser, has been a pivotal influencer in putting the NHS at the forefront of an effective comprehensive response of Standards, Engagement, Research, Monitoring, Remedial Action and RAAC Elimination from Healthcare by 2035.
Adrian has recently left the NHS to set up EggletonEngineeringPlus; where he will be utilising his incident planning and response experience to produce bespoke training at Eastwood Park Training in areas such as EPRR and Estates & Facilities, Board FM accountability and the application of HTM00 to the management of FM Systems where no HTM exists; such as: Structures (RAAC) and Soft FM. The Structures will draw heavily on the principles of the Safety Case, familiar to those who have operated risks within the ALARP (as low as reasonably practicable) Framework in the Nuclear Industry and the Military.
