We deliver estates and facilities management training for individuals who are either currently responsible, or about to take responsibility, for in-house or outsourced healthcare estates teams including a specific course on managing capital projects.
New to a technical role in the NHS?
A new course has been developed for technical staff who are new to healthcare engineering. It gives an introduction to the main engineering disciplines in hospitals & care centres and also introduces the relevant HTMs. It may also be useful for those working outside of the NHS.

Water Hygiene and Estates & Facilities Management
With approaching 30 years experience in all aspects of water safety and hygiene and estates management in the healthcare sector, Mervyn has led the development of Eastwood Park's new portfolio of water courses for both healthcare and non-healthcare organisations.
Having recently left the NHS, as well as delivering training at Eastwood Park, he works with private and NHS organisations providing expert consultancy services as an Authorising Engineer (Water) plus other services and bespoke training.
He is a Fellow of IHEEM as well as a member of IHEEM's Authorising Engineers (Water) register; a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and Member of the Water Management Society. His working experience in the healthcare sector enables him to offer his skills in water safety and the wider estate management fields.
Estates & Facilities Management
Stephen Lloyd is leading the development and delivery of Eastwood Park’s estates & facilities management suite of courses.
He has many years’ experience in a number of FM roles in the NHS and operates as an independent estates & facilities management consultant.
Alongside training, Stephen is project coordinator for the building of Eastwood Park’s new training centre.
