In this role, you will co-ordinate all activities concerned with the development, delivery, assessment, QA and evaluation of Eastwood Park’s Higher Education (HE) programmes and ensure positive learning experiences for all.
Your previous experience and skills will make a huge difference to being successful in this role and we are looking for someone who:
- Is able to deliver projects both independently and as part of a team
- Has a strong focus on attention to detail whilst multi-tasking, prioritising and working to tight deadlines
- Has experience of coordinating and attending events and meetings with a range of stakeholders
- Is confident in making decisions independently
- Has all round excellent communication skills
- Is able to build excellent working relationships internally and externally
You will be a strong administrator and be proficient in all Microsoft Office packages. Experience of supporting students through their learning, having worked in a HE establishment or obtained a relevant HE qualification yourself would be advantageous but not essential.
This role would be 37 hours per week typically working Monday to Friday but with a requirement to work some evenings and weekends. You will be based at Eastwood Park but UK travel to meetings will be part of the role.
